Policies

Cancellation: We understand plans change and things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment for cancellations. If canceled within the 24 hour period, 50% of the service price will be charged. Cancellations cannot be done yourself within the 24 hour period. To cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, contact Kaidey directly.

Late Arrivals: We strive to keep all appointments punctual. If you're running late, kindly notify us. We may need to adjust or reschedule your service if you’re more than 10 minutes late. Rescheduling will result in a charge of 50% fee of your service total.

No-call/No-shows: Missed appointments inconvenience both myself and other clients. A 100% fee of service price will be charged for no-call, no-shows.

Booking Confirmation: All appointments require a valid credit card to secure the booking.

Children and Guests: For the comfort of all clients, we kindly request that only individuals receiving services be present in the treatment area.

Health Conditions: For your safety, inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.
